The TIMATE system is a modern solution consisting of interactive cards, access control drivers and gateways. The intelligent card registers working hours and then, based on the Internet of Things technology, transfers the data to the cloud using the gateways.
The main aim of our solution is to obtain reliable data concerning the working hours in a self-operating way and to provide support in monitoring the daily duties of the employees.
The card is equipped with an ePaper screen, which displays the basic data concerning the employee: a photo, first name and surname, department, etc. while on the company premises.
In the company the intelligent cards constitute an ecosystem that co-operates with the IT system in the cloud. The data from the card is transferred to the HR systems.
The card may also be integrated with the TNA systems of other companies to replace the traditional biometric or RFID readers.
On the screen of the card the employee may check his schedule and working hours, breaks, overtime, holiday time as well as other work-related parameters including a list of tasks and messages.
The TIMATE card is solar powered both in inside or outside conditions and does not require additional charging up.
The card keeps watch over the employee’s safety. Combined with a sensor on the hard hat the card is able to detect whether the employee is using the personal protection equipment in a hazardous place. It will also detect any falls or impact that the employee is affected by.
The card makes it possible to unlock a door remotely without the necessity to be put to or into a reader. TIMATE also monitors on an ongoing basis whether only authorized personnel are present in a room.
With the help of the card the employee can check at any time the statistics concerning his working hours and his efficiency. The system also shows the work schedule if the working hours are flexible.
After hours the card may be used for instance as a weather station. Before leaving home it serves as an alarm clock providing information about the weather and the time of starting work. Thanks to the available API it is possible to activate new applications with additional functionalities in the card.
